It is the mandate of the Manitoba Gymnastics Association (MGA), as the Sport Governing Body, to develop, promote, and guide gymnastics as a lifetime activity in Manitoba. The MGA shall provide leadership, systems, and programs so that all participants may safely achieve their potential level of interest and ability.

As the physical literacy movement spreads across Canada, people are asking questions. What is it? How can it be implemented? How can it be measured?
CS4L has responded with physicalliteracy.ca, a one-stop-shop for physical literacy information tools and resources.
Whether you want to know about CS4L's Community Connections project, better understand Physical Literacy for Injury Prevention, or download the Physical Literacy Assessment for Youth (PLAY) tools, physicalliteracy.ca is the place to go.

COACH OF THE MONTH
Coaching Manitoba's "Coach of the Month" program recognizes outstanding Manitoba coaches in action. Nominations are accepted for coaches at all levels of sport (grassroots through high performance) who make extraordinary contributions to sport and athlete development. Deadline for nominations is the 18th of each month.
